The Pastry makes luxury designer cakes with exclusively gluten-free ingredients – so whoever avoids gluten can simply join the celebration. Our cherry cake – a cheerful artwork covered in cherries –, the romantic heart chocolate cake and the artful Mondriaan chocolate cake are all made without gluten-containing ingredients. Not a lesser “free-from” version, but the exact same cake all our customers order.

We are an artisan patisserie, not a certified gluten-free facility. Although these cakes are made with gluten-free ingredients, traces of gluten may be present in our bakery. If you have coeliac disease or a severe allergy, we advise against ordering. For those avoiding gluten due to a sensitivity, these cakes are usually enjoyed without any problem.

A gluten-free birthday cake that also looks spectacular is hard to find in most cities. We deliver it to the door: chilled, in person, across the Netherlands – from Amsterdam to Groningen, 7 days a week.
