Birthday on a Sunday? Then you know the problem: the bakery is closed, the cake webshops don’t deliver, and a supermarket cake is no celebration. At The Pastry it’s possible. Order by Saturday 11:00 and your cake is delivered fresh and chilled on Sunday – anywhere in the Netherlands.

Sunday delivery: simply possible with us

Almost every cake delivery service in the country skips Sunday. Understandable – but inconvenient, because birthdays, brunches and family days fall on Sundays more than any other day. We arranged our bakery and delivery so that Sunday delivery is possible. You just select Sunday as the delivery date at checkout.

No surcharge in Lelystad and Almere

Our bakery is in Lelystad. In Lelystad and neighbouring Almere we therefore deliver on Sunday at no extra cost – the same delivery fee as on weekdays. For other locations a Sunday surcharge applies; the exact amount appears automatically at checkout when you choose Sunday, so there are never any surprises.

How it works

Choose your cake in the shop – the famous Rosebox, for example – and select Sunday as the delivery date at checkout, ordering by Saturday 11:00. We deliver chilled and in person, nationwide: see Amsterdam, Rotterdam or all cities.
